Dedicated to her profession and clients, Rebecca is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and maintains her credentials through continuing education in both fields of HR and resume writing. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), National Resume Writers Association (NRWA), and the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches (PARW/CC).
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Master’s in Human Relations and the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Rebecca progressed in her HR career working for large publicly traded national and international organizations. She was involved in all facets of HR including recruiting, implementing ATS systems, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and directing HR initiatives throughout the U.S. and Canada.
With a life-long love of writing, Rebecca decided to combine this passion with her extensive HR experience to create Go Write2Hire. Her business approach is built around lifting others up and providing people with the help they need during their job search. She takes time getting to know each client and every resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile that she writes is customized to the person and their target position. Her clients have had great success in increasing responses to their resume submissions, phone screens, interviews, LinkedIn contact requests, and ultimately job offers.
